The EVEREST TRAIL RACE (ETR) develops in one of the world's most spectacular scenery of the mountains, the Himalayas of Nepal. This country has the privilege of hosting within its boundaries 8 of the 14 peaks above 8000 meters that exist in the world, all in this colossal mountain range. This is the backdrop that sets the EVEREST TRAIL RACE (ETR).

Departure from the airport of origin to go to Kathmandu. Overnight in flight.

KATHMANDU

Arrival in Kathmandu, reception at the airport by the Organization and transfer to hotel for Welcome, registration and disposition of the rooms. Night in hotel 4 *

November 10

KATHMANDU

Visit some of the most significant monuments of the Kathmandu Valley and the historic area of the capital. In the afternoon, technical and medical checks of the participants in the ETR and dinner by the organization. Not included beverages. Night in hotel 4 *

November 11

FLIGHT KATHMANDU / LUKLA (2850 m.). Trek to Phakding (2650 m.)

Early morning transfer to airport for flight to Lukla (2850 m.) With a spectacular mountain flight of 40 minutes that you can enjoy views of the mountains, according to weather conditions. We started the first day of trekking to Phakding, with an estimated duration of 4-5 hours. Full board and overnight in lodge

November 12

Phakding - Namche Bazaar (3440 m.)

Second day of trekking towards Namche Bazaar. Input Sagharmatha (Everest) National Park. This is an interesting journey through forests and mountains of greatmagnitude that will serve as an appetizer to what lies ahead the next day. Halfway there, and we can enjoy the first views of Everest (8848m), Nuptse (7879m) andLhotse (8383m). Subsequently, Namche Baazar reach the capital of the Khumbuvalley and the Sherpa country and important commercial center. The estimated duration of the phase is 5.30. Namche Bazaar - Tengboche (3867 m.)

Today we will make a route to the typical village of Phungi Tanga. Arrival to Tengboche and visit the emblematic Monastery.First views of Everest (8848), Lhotse (8383) and Ama Dablam (6856). Full Board and overnight in lodge

Tengboche - Khumjung (3780 m.)

Today's route goes through ther river of Dudh Kosi and then down to Mong Danda through Khumjung valley near of Khumbilaya. Full board and overnight in lodge.

November 15

Khumjung - Phakding (2650 m.)

In the morning, very early, downhill trek to Phakding, in time to be spectators of the finish line of the participants in the race and be the first encounter with the ETR runners. Full board and overnight in lodge along the entire organization and runners.

November 16

Phakding - Lukla

Trekking down to Lukla (2850 m.). Full board and overnight in lodge.

November 17

LUKLA

Today is the big day and we waiting at the Lukla arrival lof the ETR . Full board and overnight in lodge.

November 18

LUKLA / KATHMANDU

Fly back to Kathmandu, reception at airport and transfer to hotel. Free time.

November 19

KATHMANDU

Breakfast and free day in Kathmandu. In the afternoon awards ceremony and farewell dinner of the ETR, in charge of the organization.

November 20

KATHMANDU

Breakfast and, time previously set, transfer to airport to fly to the city of origin.
