 THE OPTION "flight included" INCLUDES: 

• Transcontinental flights Barcelona/ Kathmandu / Barcelona.
• Domestic Flights. Manthali/Lukla/Manthali.
• 4 nights hotel in Kathmandu 4 * (according to local tourist category) with breakfast, double occupancy.
• Overnight in lodge (hostel) during the trek in full board. Not beverages included.
• Dinner the second night in a hotel in Kathmandu. Not beverages included.
• Dinner and awards party. Not beverages included.
• Transfers airport / hotel / airport. Kathmandu, Manthali.
• Allowances and staff insurance.
• Trekking permit.
• Entry into the National Park

NOT INCLUDED

• Optional insurance in mountain rescue.
• Optional insurance cancellation due to force majeure
• Sightseeing tour, half day to the kathmandu historical center, OPTIONAL: +45 €

• Tips.
• Meals not indicated or packaged beverages.
• Personal expenses and generally not mentioned in "includes".

THE OPTION  “no flight” INCLUDES:

• The same concepts above but without the transcontinental flights and without transfers aeroport/hotel/aeroport.

Also, for the "no flight", to inform you that any incident that may occur both on the flight itself, as of that right arising from the weather, delays, cancellations, or in short any cause beyond the organization, shall be borne by ticket holder.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

For the registration to be effective it must meet the following requirements: 

Once completed and submitted the registration form online, there will be a maximum of one week for the first payment 850 €  if you choose the split option or full payment if you choose the on-time payment option:

• ON TIME PAYMENT OPTION:  Full payment + extras, at the registration moment or after a few days.

• SPLIT PAYMENT OPTION: 

• Initial payment: 850 € + amount of insurances choosen+ extras at the registration moment or after a few days.

•  Last payment on 15th august until to complet the total amount.

Once the corresponding payment shall be submitted on a bank statement, which shall indicate the name of the participant, via mail to (Necessites javascript per veure aquest correu-e) .

To the above amounts must be added the extras hired (insurance, single room, etc ...), the amount of Insuraces should be included in the first payment.

Not be considered officially registered with a companion, until he had made full payment and have submitted all required documents as indicated in the procedure section of this website.

The PVP of the registration will be determined by the date on which the first payment is made.

**In the event of a request to transfer the registration, it can only be requested until August 1 of the current edition. In this case, by transferring the registration and not applying the corresponding cancellation conditions, it is noted that if the participation is canceled again at any time, none of the amounts delivered can be recovered. Registration can only be transferred once
