REGISTRATION DEADLINE: When the places availables are covered.

The places availables will be allocates by registration and initial payment order. Departures from Barcelona & London.

For Registration to EVEREST TRAIL RACE, please follow the steps below, from 1.-  to 7.- :

 

1.-

Complete and submit online the registration application form available in the relevant section of this website. Go to the Runner Registration.

2.-

Formalize first payment of 850 € + amount of insurances, if split payment or full payment accordingly to choosen and marked options of relevant section Fares and Payment conditions:

3.-

Send a scan of the bank slip via email to (Necessites javascript per veure aquest correu-e), indicating the participant’s name and EVEREST TRAIL RACE.

4.-

Before 15 August, following documents should be emailed or sent by regular post:

  • 2 Passport-size photos (or a scan a full colour)

  • Photocopy or a scan of passport data page (participant should be holder of a valid passport for at least 6 months from return date).

  • Photocopy or scan of accidents and participant's rescue insurance.

  • Signed authorization including card details (number and date of expiry) accepting charge of 500 € bail amount (see rules in the relevant section of Regulations). Download Bail Authorization template.

5.-

Registration will not be considered firm until payment has not been made in full (registration fare and extras amount, if any) as well as required documents has been forwarded. (Deadline 15 August).

6.-

By 15 October at the latest, all necessary documents to take part in EVEREST TRAIL RACE (electronic air tickets, Regulations, etc.) will be forwarded to participant.

7.-

Within the 30 days prior to the race start, participant shall have an at-rest electrocardiogram and a medical record as laid down in the EVEREST TRAIL RACE Regulations.

Remember that medical report should be done on the specific document provided by Organization. Download Medical Certificate template.

Original electrocardiogram graph and original medical certificate (both dated and signed) should be given to EVEREST TRAIL RACE medical staff on the day of technical controls in Kathmandu.

Submission of these documents is an absolute condition to participate in the race.

A stress test is recommended to all participants at EVEREST TRAIL RACE.
