Complete and submit online the registration application form available in the relevant section of this website. Go to the registration application form online.

Formalize first payment of 850 € + amount insurances, if split payment  or full  payment accordingly to chosen and marked options of relevant section fares and payment conditions:

Send a scan of the bank slip via email to (Necessites javascript per veure aquest correu-e), indicating the participant’s name and EVEREST TRAIL RACE.

4.-    

Before 15 August following documents should be emailed or sent by regular post:

• 2 Passport-size photos (or a colour scan)

• Photocopy or a scan of passport data page (participant should be holder of a valid passport for at least 6 months from return date)
• Photocopy or scan of accidents and participant's rescue insurance
• Signed authorization including card details (number and date of expiry) accepting charge of 500 € bail amount (see rules in the relevant section of Regulations). Download Bail Authorization.

Registration will not be considered firm until payment has not been made in full (registration fare and extras amount, if any) as well as required documents has been forwarded. (Deadline 15 August).

6.-    

By 15 October at the latest, all necessary documents to take part in ETR (electronic air tickets, program, etc.) will be forwarded to participant.
