Seis etapas, ciento setenta kilómetros y veintiséis mil metros de desnivel en semi autosuficiencia para una edición marcada por el dominio nepalí, con Abel Carretero y Manuel Vela firmando la segunda y tercera posición en la general masculina.

El corredor nepalí Dal B. Kunwar se ha llevado el triunfo en la Everest Trail Race by Tuga Active Wear 2025 tras conquistar las seis etapas de la decimotercera edición. La sexta y última etapa se desarrolló entre Tyangboche y Lukla con 28 kilómetros y 4.190 metros de desnivel acumulado;

The Nepali runner not only secured overall victory but made history by winning all six stages of the race. The final day, from Tyangboche to Lukla (28 km and 4,190 m of elevation gain), unfolded calmly at the front, with Kunwar controlling the pace after virtually sealing the win on day one.

Into the Heart of the Himalayas Stage 5 of the Everest Trail Race pulls no punches. At 24km with a punishing 2,483 meters of ascent, this is the stage that earns its reputation as the toughest of them all. The numbers alone are intimidating, but it’s the relentless terrain and shifting altitude that test runners on every level – physical, mental, emotional.
